Your First Visit

I CAN'T WAIT TO MEET YOU!

Your experience begins when you book online and request an appointment. Please choose the  Add-On New Client option when booking a service, so we can ensure we take the time to have an in person consultation. You will then receive an email from me to have a virtual consultation and make sure the right service was booked and I will adjust if need be.

 

If you're still undecided and want to start your color journey with me, I'd highly suggest booking a Malibu Makeover Wellness Treatment that will prep your hair for a future hair color service and then we can discuss the proper plan for our next visits.

Next, you'll arrive and park in our private parking lot, located on San Clemente/Thompson Blvd, or park in front of the salon on Thompson Blvd and call the salon to let me know you have arrived. We have removed our waiting area per the state guidelines, to create a safe salon experience. I will meet you at the front door, where we have hand sanitizer ready to be used. 

Then together, you and I will have an in depth consultation. Your lifestyle, hair type, skin tone and facial structure will all be made a factor to ensure your hair compliments you! Bring all the hair inspo pictures, they really do help.

We will create a plan, not just for today, but for future visits to ensure all of your hair goals are met!

If you're here for color, your formula will be custom blended by me and will be saved so that it will be ready and waiting for you each visit. During your next session we will go over how the color or cut worked for you and will adjust accordingly.

 

We offer a wide array of amenities to keep you comfortable while your color processes. You can also step outside onto our cute shaded patio for some fresh air or a mask break. We also have plenty of outlets to charge your devices.

Together, we will create the perfect cut for your face shape, and lifestyle. Styling tips and tricks are always shared so that you can recreate your new look at home!

We will conclude by setting up your next appointment as well as recommendations for at-home care. If you're comfortable with pictures, I will happily take pictures of your new look.
